Historic "Singer's Country Corner" (as it has been dubbed) is two great stores located in a small and unique community, recognized for it's oil and timber industries. Nestled in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest, an old farmhouse and horse barn were renovated into what has been the area's premiere choice for quality furniture, gifts, décor and candy for over 40 years!
Country Store
Singer's Country Store is a very unique gift shop. Country and farmhouse décor, braided rugs, rustic signs, cute gnomes, wreathes, garlands and religious gifts are just a few of the items you will find. Singer's is also known for old-fashioned, penny-style candies and salt brine dill pickles. Gourmet dip and soup mixes, jellies, and flavored coffees from Singer‘s are a necessity for everyone's pantry.
Furniture Barn
Singer’s Americana Furniture Barn carries mostly solid wood furniture. Customers can choose from dozens of fabrics to create the perfect custom made upholstery. Browse through our large selection of clocks including grandfather, mantle, wall, and cuckoo. We even repair clocks! From mattresses and recliners, to dinning room tables and bedroom sets, Singer's has everything to furnish your home from top to bottom!

History
In the early 1960's, the original Singer's stores were moved to Custer City (just outside of Lewis Run), from nearby historic downtown Bradford, Pennsylvania. The old Country Store (pictured here) was destroyed by a fire in July of 1985. In 1986, an old farmhouse located next to the original store, was renovated into what is now Singer's Country Store.

Many locals and tourists have memories from their childhood, shopping the old Country Store's penny candy and salt brine dill pickles from a wooden barrel. Today, those traditions live-on in the new Country Store. And yes, old fashioned candy and pickles are still customer favorites!
